A Definite loss to the war2 fansite community, this simple site was brimming with strats and was the perfect companion to the ozwl website, such a shame to see Astro's strategy page disappear. Always sad to see a decent site like
this disappear, a lot of work went into making a LOT of
custom puds, we erect a cairn stone in their honour. This useful site provided many war2
replays which were interesting to watch, we erect a cairn

this interesting clan site We're talking nearly nine years for
this site, few sites went into such detail about Kali as

page I managed to save a lot of the animated
gifs from this site, a Cairn stone will be erected in
its memory and the gifs will live on through the preservation
page Reapy was good enough to sign the
guestbook
. His site wasnt too in-depth but it did have some stories
which now have been preserved in the reports
page. Wubb made a very neat little site
that was mainly aimed at the uninitated but had lots of
different sections and a useful guide to internet play that
more people could have used. A tidy little fan site that
is now no more. A very enjoyable little fan site that
had some decent tips and a few stories but were a little
basic so didnt make it to the Reports page. Online since
Feb 1998 so was going for over 6 and a half years before
its demise. A very basic page that has now disappeared.

to find upon creating this page, and I
was glad i did, with some useful tips and puds, plus a couple
of stories which i managed to rescue (see the reports
page) this was a small but well rounded site which had a
lot of user input, has now disappeared after 6 and a half
years online. ViroKill made a very nice laid out
war2 page which had bags of information and a very good
kali guide, lots of warcraft 2 graphics were in there, with
the grass background and the buildings as links, there were
plenty of sections to browse through, it certainly deserved
its four star rating. Alas it has now disappeared, maybe
never to be seen again, however Virokill's warcraft 2 village
will live on through the preservation page. This was one of my favourite of all
the pages I found when i made this site. It may have had
simple graphics but it had tons of content. The creator,
Wicked Al was certainly a huge War2 fan, and had a mass
of opinion, history, stories and just about everything related
to war2. Al's history page was the inspiration to the history
section on this site, everything he wrote on the site whether
it was about war2 or kali went into immense detail, A true
war2 website by a true fan. A simple site made before a lot of
soon-to-be war2 freaks had even played the game. War2 fan
sites werent just about huge arrays of strategies, opinion
and dozens of other pages, some were just very simple, written
by a fan who just wanted to add to the war2 online experience.
Paul's Warcraft2 page was simply a beginners guide created
at a time when most rts novices needed one. I have yet to
find an existing Warcraft 2 page anywhere that was created
before this one.
